Our florists work with Dutch roses 60-90 cm, Ecuadorian roses up to 120 cm, lisianthus, ranunculus, macrophylla hydrangea, seasonal peonies and spring tulips for Novruz compositions. Each stem is checked for cut quality, bud firmness and leaf condition before assembly, because the dry Caspian wind can dehydrate open flowers quickly.

Sabail, Nasimi, Yasamal, Narimanov, Khatai and Nizami are usually served in 90 to 120 minutes. Binagadi, Badamdar, Bibi-Heybat, Mardakan and other Absheron settlements can take up to 3 hours, especially during windy evenings or dense traffic on the exit roads.
