Bouquets in Prague are prepared for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, business meetings, graduations and family dates. The working flower list includes Dutch and Czech roses, ranunculus, tulips, macrophylla hydrangeas, lisianthus, seasonal peonies, matthiola and branches for winter arrangements.

The design depends on the handover point. For Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Mandarin Oriental Prague and Augustine, medium structured bouquets are easier for concierge delivery and room service handover. For The Mozart Prague and Grand Hotel Bohemia, we ask for the guest name in Latin letters, arrival date and booking reference when available.

Delivery covers Staré Město, Nové Město, Malá Strana, Vinohrady, Žižkov, Smíchov, Holešovice, Dejvice and Karlín. Central routes usually take 90 to 180 minutes; streets near Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Old Town Square are checked for pedestrian access before the courier leaves.

In winter a bouquet should not wait in a cold entrance hall, and in summer it should not sit in direct sun at reception. For older buildings we confirm the door code, floor, lift and intercom. Payment is available by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash to courier in CZK. A finished-bouquet photo is sent before dispatch.
