How ordering and delivery work

Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

An urban florist delivery service in Prague covers the historic centre, hotels, apartments, offices, restaurants, clinics and railway-station addresses. Flowers in Prague are often ordered for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, business meetings, concerts, graduations and family dates. The catalogue has more than 470 sections: roses, tulips, ranunculus, macrophylla hydrangeas, lisianthus, baskets, sweet sets, sender cards and small add-ons paired with bouquets.
Delivery covers Staré Město, Nové Město, Malá Strana, Vinohrady, Žižkov, Smíchov, Holešovice, Dejvice, Karlín and neighbourhoods across the Vltava. In the centre we usually plan 90 to 180 minutes, though streets around Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Old Town Square require a check for access and pedestrian restrictions. For Prague 6, 7, 8 and nearby towns such as Průhonice or Černošice, the handover window is confirmed separately.

For older buildings, we ask for the door code, floor, lift details and intercom number.
Regular delivery points include Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Mandarin Oriental Prague, Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, The Mozart Prague and Grand Hotel Bohemia. For central hotels, the guest name in Latin letters, arrival date and booking reference help the concierge. At restaurants, handover is coordinated with the host so the bouquet does not wait beside the kitchen or cloakroom.
Payment options: card on the website, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash to courier in CZK. Czechia runs on UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer. Before delivery we send a WhatsApp or Telegram photo of the finished bouquet, then add a sender card and short care notes.
