A structural build has to be carried the length of a terminal and then held at an angle in a car, and it reaches the hotel having spent half an hour being nobody's priority. For that meeting a compact bouquet does the job the arrangement was meant to do. Villas are the opposite case. There the arrangement has a table, a week of occupancy and somebody who will look at it more than once, which is the situation the format was built for. A dinner by the sea works for the same reason at a smaller scale, since a one sided build faces the guest and never has to survive being viewed from behind.
