How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Amsterdam on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Amsterdam delivery depends on canal-side access, bicycle lanes, hotel desks and apartment door codes as much as on the route itself. The catalogue includes more than 470 sections: roses, seasonal peonies, tulips, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangea, florist-made bouquets, baskets, cakes and add-ons for the order.
Flowers in Amsterdam are delivered to Centrum, the Canal Belt, Jordaan, De Pijp, Museum Quarter, Oud-Zuid, Zuidas, Oost, West and Noord. For Amstelveen, Schiphol, Haarlem and Zaandam, timing is calculated separately. In the central districts the daytime window is usually 2 to 4 hours, with the stopping point confirmed in advance on narrow canal streets.
The assortment is built around Dutch auction supply: 60-90 cm roses, tulips in high season, garden-style roses, anemones, ranunculus, hyacinths, hydrangea and textured greenery. For Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, Conservatorium Hotel, Pulitzer Amsterdam, De L'Europe Amsterdam and Hotel Okura Amsterdam, please provide the guest name, arrival date and concierge contact. For Zuidas offices, WTC Amsterdam, Amsterdam RAI and Westergas studios, we need the reception point, floor and the name of the person accepting the bouquet.
Before King's Day, Sinterklaas, Christmas and the tulip season, advance ordering gives florists enough room to reserve stems and set the route. For OLVG and Amsterdam UMC, we check the ward and flower policy before dispatch.
Payment options: iDEAL, bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, SEPA transfer, cash in EUR and invoice for companies. We send a WhatsApp photo before dispatch and include a card with the sender's text.
