We keep imported roses at 60-90 cm and Ecuadorian stems up to 120 cm. For a mono-bouquet, the florist matches height, shade, opening stage and bud density.

Each stem is checked for neck strength, outer petal, leaf condition and a clean cut. The Aegean summer is dry and hot, while waterfront routes add wind and salt. Roses travel with moisture at the cut ends, firm wrapping and an insulated box when the handover is scheduled during the day or the route runs toward the northern bays.
