45 Roses in Brussels

45 roses in Brussels: Jumilia in a basket, red in a box or a bouquet

Among 45 roses in Brussels is a basket of Jumilia, a rose with a bud of up to 7 cm, white at the base and pink at the edge, that lasts up to two weeks in a vase with good care. With the stem count fixed, the choice comes down to presentation and colour.

A box, a basket or a hand-tied bouquet of 45 roses

A red box called Senorita, a basket of Jumilia, a hand-tied bouquet of red and white stems, and a bunch of cream roses give the same forty-five stems four different looks. Other rose bouquets follow the same idea, and a flower basket is one of the four. 'French' on the label is not a variety: it is a finish, where the florist bends the outer petals back by hand. Roses usually last about a week, sometimes up to ten days; Jumilia can hold for up to two weeks with good care. Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every day or two, and keep the vase away from radiators, sun and fruit.

45 roses delivery in Brussels: what you see before dispatch

Flowers are bought for each order only after payment, not kept ready-made. Before the courier leaves, a photo of the finished bouquet is sent to the buyer, and any requested changes are made before dispatch. If a particular rose is out of stock, the florist substitutes one close in shade and price, visible in the same photo. Most orders are handed over on the day they are placed; the exact timing shows on the bouquet's page, next to the delivery details.
