How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Geneva on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Stockholm is spread across islands, bridges and waterfront streets, so a bouquet route depends on district, weather and building access. In Norrmalm and Östermalm, couriers often work through office reception; in Södermalm and Vasastan, door codes and floor details save time; for Djurgården and Lidingö, we check the route before confirming the slot. Before arranging the order, we confirm the recipient's local phone number, delivery window and handover point.
