Flower boxes and hat-box arrangements, baskets with live flowers, Designer bouquets by top local florists and giant bouquets for those who want to make a statement. Along with flowers, we deliver cakes and bento cakes, chocolate-dipped strawberries, helium balloons, gift baskets with fruits and sweets.
How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Madrid on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

A Madrid flower order has to work with a dense centre, business towers and evening addresses after the long lunch break: a Salamanca apartment, a Gran Via restaurant, a hotel near Plaza de Espana, an Azca office or a family house in La Moraleja. The catalogue covers more than 470 sections: roses by colour and stem height, peonies, tulips, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangea, orchids, florist bouquets, baskets, cakes and useful gift add-ons.
Flowers in Madrid are delivered to Centro, Sol, Justicia, Salamanca, Chamberi, Retiro, Chamartin, Tetuan, Moncloa-Aravaca, Arganzuela, Lavapies, Malasana and La Latina. The range relies on Spanish and Dutch supply: roses 50-90 cm, long-stem Ecuadorian roses, seasonal peonies, tulips, alstroemeria, lisianthus, hydrangea and greenery. Madrid summers are dry and hot, often above +35 °C, so stems are cooled before dispatch and bouquets are not left with a concierge unless the recipient contact is confirmed.
For Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Rosewood Villa Magna, The Madrid Edition and Hotel Urban, the courier arrives with the guest name and booking detail if provided. Deliveries to Azca, Cuatro Torres, Castellana, Gran Via and Atocha offices need company name, floor, gate pass details and reception phone.
Morning slots around San Isidro, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Semana Santa, IE Business School graduation dinners and December corporate dates should be booked ahead. For Hospital Gregorio Maranon, La Paz and Clinico San Carlos, we check the ward and flower rules before dispatch.
Payment options include bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum where available, cash in EUR and SEPA transfer for business clients. We send a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch and include a card with the sender's message.
