Bouquet with Sunflowers in Milan

Bouquet with sunflowers in Milan: one head per stem, a summer flower

Bouquet with sunflowers in Milan starts from a simple rule: florists class the sunflower as a mass flower, like the rose and gerbera, since one head per stem gives it weight and a centre. That is why the grid pairs a Bouquet with Sunflower "Yellow", where sunflowers share the vase with other blooms, right beside a Bouquet of 5 Sunflowers, where they stand alone. Pick either style depending on how much of that yellow centre you want to see.

Sunflower season and how many stems to order

In the northern hemisphere's cutting calendar, sunflowers sit in the summer row, following the early peony and running alongside hydrangea. Large-headed flowers such as hydrangea, lily and sunflower fill out a bouquet with just a few stems; that is the idea behind the Bouquet of 5 Sunflowers. Treat that number as a guide rather than a fixed rule, since a mixed bouquet with smaller heads can need more.

Florists buy the flowers only after payment clears. A photo of the finished bouquet goes to the sender before the courier sets off, so changes can still be requested. If a stem is not available, it is replaced with one close in colour and price, and the swap is visible in the same photo.

Sunflowers on their own sit among the bouquets of one flower; paired with other blooms, they belong in the mixed bouquets selection. Delivery time shows on each bouquet's page, with more detail on the delivery page, and most orders reach recipients the same day they are placed.
