Sweets baskets in Okurcalar: chocolates beside the flowers
Sweets baskets in Okurcalar put a box of chocolates right beside the flowers; cocoa butter melts at 34–38 °C, just below body temperature. Most items here are named after chocolates, not flowers, so the choice starts with the sweets.
Ferrero, Raffaello or peonies: choosing the basket
Ferrero and Raffaello baskets differ by size; choose the chocolates first, then the size. Standing apart is "9 Marshmallow Peonies," the only flower-named item.
Each basket is put together to order, and the flowers are bought once payment clears. A photo goes out before the courier leaves, and changes can still be requested from it.
Where the basket stands once it arrives
Flowers keep best away from radiators, direct sun and ripe fruit; chocolate wants the same distance, since cocoa butter melts just below body temperature.
A whitish film on the chocolates means it melted and set again without tempering — a change in the cocoa butter's structure, not spoilage.
Keep the basket upright, not tilted. If the flowers sit in floral foam, water it in a thin stream across the whole surface, not from one spot.
A card with a message is added free of charge; balloons, extra sweets or a soft toy can be added at checkout. Other shapes sit in the flower baskets range, and more pairing ideas are among the gifts to go with bouquets. The delivery page shows the time, and most orders reach the recipient the same day.
