How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Paris on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Flowers in Paris are often ordered for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, dinners after a show, business meetings, 14 February, Mother's Day and family dates. The catalogue has more than 470 sections: roses, peonies, ranunculus, macrophylla hydrangeas, tulips, orchids, baskets, sweet sets and handwritten cards.
Delivery covers the central arrondissements, Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Latin Quarter, Montmartre, Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Passy, La Défense and nearby communes such as Neuilly-sur-Seine and Boulogne-Billancourt. In central Paris we usually plan 90 to 180 minutes. The climate is moderate: winter often sits at +3 to +8 °C, summer at +24 to +30 °C, though heatwave weeks require a cool vehicle and a quick handover. For older buildings without lifts, we ask for the door code, floor and recipient phone.
Regular delivery points include Ritz Paris, Le Meurice, Hôtel Plaza Athénée, Le Bristol Paris and Cheval Blanc Paris. For hotels, we need the guest name in Latin letters and booking reference when available. For restaurants and private dinners, handover is coordinated with the maître d'hôtel so the bouquet does not wait near the kitchen or cloakroom.
Payment options: card on the website, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Carte Bancaire, SEPA transfer and cash to courier in EUR. France runs on UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer. Before delivery we send a WhatsApp or Telegram photo of the finished bouquet, then add a sender's card and short care notes.
