How ordering and delivery work

Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Private orders in Ipanema, Leblon and Lagoa are often arranged lower and steadier, so the bouquet is easier to carry through apartment entrances and place in homes near the ocean. Around Reveillon, Carnaval and large Copacabana events, morning slots should be booked in advance.
Payment options include card, Pix, Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported, cash in BRL and bank transfer for corporate clients. We send a WhatsApp photo before dispatch and include a card with the sender's message.
