How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Rome on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

A Rome flower order often depends on access as much as distance: a narrow Centro Storico street, an apartment by Piazza Navona, a Via Veneto hotel, a Trastevere restaurant or an office in EUR. The catalogue covers more than 470 sections: roses by colour and stem height, peonies, tulips, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangea, orchids, florist bouquets, baskets, cakes and practical gift add-ons.
Flowers in Rome are delivered to Centro Storico, Monti, Trastevere, Prati, Parioli, Aventino, Testaccio, Ostiense, San Giovanni, Nomentano, Flaminio, EUR and Monteverde. Addresses inside the Aurelian Walls usually fit a 2-4 hour daytime window. Fiumicino, Ciampino, Guidonia and Castelli Romani are timed before assembly.
The range relies on Italian and Dutch supply: roses 50-90 cm, long-stem Ecuadorian roses, seasonal peonies, tulips, alstroemeria, lisianthus, hydrangea and greenery. Rome summers are dry and hot, with July and August often above +32 °C, so stems are cooled before dispatch and bouquets are not left at reception without a confirmed contact.
For Hotel de Russie, Hassler Roma, Hotel Eden, The St. Regis Rome and Anantara Palazzo Naiadi, the courier needs the guest name, booking detail if available and concierge contact. Deliveries to EUR, Parioli, Via Veneto, Termini and Palazzo dei Congressi offices need company name, floor, access note and reception phone.
Morning slots around San Valentino, Festa della Donna, Easter, Ferragosto and December corporate dinners should be booked ahead. For Policlinico Gemelli, Bambino Gesu and Policlinico Umberto I, we check the ward and flower rules before dispatch.
Payment options include bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Satispay where available, cash in EUR and SEPA transfer for business clients. We send a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch and include a card with the sender's message.
