For Chaweng, Lamai, Bophut, Fisherman's Village, Maenam and Choeng Mon, the usual delivery window is 90 to 150 minutes. Hillside villas, Lipa Noi, Taling Ngam and addresses near Nathon need a map pin, gate details and a local contact before dispatch, especially during rain.

Light petals need careful packing in a humid tropical climate. For longer routes we use moisture-resistant wrapping and keep the bouquet out of direct heat until handover. Payment is available by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PromptPay, bank transfer or cash in THB. A bouquet photo is sent before the courier leaves.
