Tall Roses in Sri Lanka
Tall roses in Sri Lanka are ordered for hotel surprises, villa anniversaries, small ocean weddings and airport arrivals. We use 70 to 100 cm stems, usually from Ecuadorian, Kenyan and Dutch batches, then check the line of the stems, bud opening and the finished wrap weight before dispatch.
Colombo routes cover Colombo 1-7, Cinnamon Gardens, Kollupitiya, Bambalapitiya, Wellawatte and Mount Lavinia. For Negombo, Bentota, Galle Fort, Unawatuna and Mirissa, we confirm road access, departure time and the contact person at the address before the florist starts work.
For Shangri-La Colombo, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Galle Face Hotel, Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort and Cape Weligama, the delivery note should include the guest name in Latin script, booking or room number and handover point: reception desk, villa, restaurant or wedding area.
Long stems need careful transport in a humid tropical climate. Monsoon rain, a hot car interior or waiting without water can soften the heads quickly, so the bouquet travels upright, cooled and protected from damp air. Payment is available by card, bank transfer, corporate invoice or cash to courier in LKR. We send a finished-bouquet photo and check the card message before delivery.
