How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Auckland on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Auckland delivery depends on harbours, bridges, hills and ferry timetables, so we check the access side, parking notes and recipient contact before the courier leaves. Payment options: bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, POLi or bank transfer, cash in NZD and invoice for companies. We send a WhatsApp photo before dispatch and include a card with the sender's text.
