Macarons in boxes in Barcelona: hearts, cylinders and named flower boxes
Macarons in boxes in Barcelona are named three different ways here: by shape, as in the Heart Box with Macarons; by size, as in the Small Box; or by name, as in Nika. Before choosing, it helps to decide which detail matters more: the shape of the box, how much it should hold, or one of the designs that already carries a name.
Heart, cylinder or plain box: how the macaron gifts are shaped
Shape is the clearest way to tell the boxes apart. The Heart Box with Macarons comes in a rounded outline, and a "Pink" version sits alongside it. Flowers in a Cylinder with Macarons "Provence" takes a round tube instead of a box, and the Duo: Flowers and Macarons keeps flowers and sweets side by side rather than layered.
Size and numbering label another group: the Small Box and Medium Box differ in scale, while the Cream Box and Cream Box No. 2 sit next to the Macarons Box No. 1. These names describe dimensions and order, not what fills them.
A third group carries a person's name instead of a shape or size: the Flower Box "Nika", the Flower Box "Lana" and the Floral Box "Lavandi" sit beside the Floral Box Pink and the Tenderness Box with Macarons. What each box actually holds is best read from its own listing rather than guessed from the title; the wider flowers in boxes catalogue groups all of them together.
A box from this section arrives as one finished piece: flowers and macarons already sit together, so nothing else needs choosing. That suits a gift that should look complete on its own.
The other route starts with a bouquet and builds outward. Sweets, balloons, a soft toy or a vase can all be added in the basket once a bouquet is picked, through gifts to go with bouquets. A card with a message comes free either way, and it can carry a signature or stay unsigned.
Strawberries sit in their own section, strawberry, for anyone who wants a different sweet alongside the flowers. Where none of the ready options fit, a florist can be asked directly: describe the occasion and the budget, and a photo with the price comes back before payment is taken.
Macaron box delivery in Barcelona: what happens after you order
Every box is put together after payment, not before. A photo of the finished box goes to the sender before the courier leaves, and any change can still be asked for at that point.
The recipient is not called ahead of time unless the sender asks for it. The courier works from a name and an address; where there is no address, a phone number is enough to arrange the handover.
An office delivery needs the company name and the floor: where a pass is required, the box goes through reception and the sender is told who took it. A hotel delivery goes to the room or to reception, whichever the hotel allows.
Payment is by Visa or Mastercard, and the total shown in the basket is final. Most boxes are delivered the same day they are ordered, and the exact time for a box here is shown on its own listing; the delivery page sets out how zones work.
Choosing between these gifts starts with what matters most: a shape such as the heart or the cylinder, a size, or one of the named designs. Anyone who wants more flower formats than macarons alone can look through the wider flowers in boxes catalogue, and anyone building a bouquet first can add sweets, a toy or a vase to it instead of buying a ready box.
