How delivery works
- After your order is confirmed (paid), you receive an SMS notification
- From that moment, the order is assembled and preparatory work begins
- By default, we do not call the recipient so as not to
spoilruin the surprise, but if the customer prefers, we will contact the recipient - At your request, we send you a photo of the completed order
- Once all logistical details are settled, our driver-courier makes the delivery
- If difficulties arise during delivery (for example, the recipient doesn't answer the door), the courier relays the information to a manager, who then contacts the customer
- When handing over the order, the courier politely greets the recipient while keeping the customer's data fully confidential (the customer may identify themselves via a message in the card accompanying the bouquet, or "verbally" through the courier)
