Tulip baskets in Krakow: 25 stems or 151, white or yellow
Tulip baskets in Krakow are tulips alone, and the lines in the grid differ only by scale — 25 stems or 151 — and by colour, white or yellow. The 151-stem basket names no colour, so its exact shade is checked on the photo sent before the courier leaves, and any stem out of stock is swapped for one close in tone and price, with the change visible on that same photo. Dutch greenhouse tulips are cut from December to May, after growers chill the bulbs first to bring on an artificial winter.
Keeping a tulip basket fresh at home
Wicker does not hold water, so a lined basket carries a waterproof layer inside it, and the stems stand in wet floral foam rather than in a vase. Water the foam every day, across its whole exposed surface, with a light stream, and keep the basket level rather than tilted: once foam dries out, it barely takes water back in. Set the basket away from radiators, direct sun and any ripe fruit nearby. The arrangement ages as one piece, and its life in the room is set by whichever tulip inside it fades first, not by the sturdiest stem.
For something built around a different flower, other flower baskets show the wider range, and a looser, hand-tied take on the same tulip is tulips as a hand-tied mono bouquet. The window for getting a basket delivered shows on its product card, and delivery terms covers the rest of what the courier does.
