Gifts to go with bouquets: what shares the trip
An add-on has one job — to make the delivery an event rather than a handover. The courier arrives once, and everything they carry is seen at the same moment. So the question is not what costs more, but what travels well together.
The card does the talking
It is the cheapest item here and the only one still around after the flowers are gone. Couriers do not deliver messages, explain who sent what or answer questions on the doorstep. Everything the recipient learns in the first minute is written on the card.
One rule: include your name unless the delivery is deliberately anonymous. An unsigned bouquet turns a gift into a puzzle, and the recipient spends the afternoon texting friends instead of enjoying it.
Balloons
Helium and foil balloons turn a delivery into a scene, with two caveats. They fill a car, so the number that can travel to one address is limited, and they dislike heat: foil expands in direct sun and latex bursts. In a hot climate they stay in an air-conditioned car until the last moment.
They work best for a child, or for an office delivery where the whole floor sees them arrive.
Toys and sweets
A soft toy travels as its own parcel and fears nothing but rain. Chocolate is the opposite. A box warms up in a car within the hour and loses its finish; in summer, marshmallow bouquets, pastille and macarons hold their shape far better.
Vases, candles, diffusers
The vase is the most underrated item on this page. It is needed exactly where there is none: an office, a rented flat, a hotel room. A fifty-one stem bouquet without a vase ends up in a bucket.
Candles and reed diffusers work as the gift that stays. Flowers last a week; a diffuser scents a hallway for three months.
Entertainers
A separate branch covers children's parties: an entertainer, a bubble show, a rabbit show, glitter tattoos. These are booked services with a time and a venue, not items dropped into a basket an hour before delivery — they are arranged in advance.
How it is put together
Everything selected travels as one order and is handed over at once. If you want gifts spread across a day in Madrid — flowers in the morning, cake in the evening — place two orders. That is more reliable than asking a courier to wait.
