Cream roses in Mexico City: stem length, stem count and the armful
Cream roses in Mexico City show only two items marked Tall in the grid, the 15 and 35 Tall Cream Roses. Stem length varies a lot in the rose trade: the longest stems, from 70 cm to over a metre, grow in Ecuador's Andes, at about 2,800–3,000 metres. Here the choice comes down to three things: length, stem count and format.
Tall stems, a big count or an armful: choosing cream roses
Stem count runs from 7 Cream Roses to 101 Cream Roses, with 25, 27 and 35 in between; the two Tall options simply offer taller stems within that range. Two more items go by format: an armful of cream roses and 25 Cream Roses "Craft". Named arrangements sit alongside them — Bouquet "Teneresa", Bouquet of Cream Roses "Moco", the "Monotone" Bouquet and the mixed Blue Sunset Bouquet.
A rose lasts about a week in the vase, sometimes up to ten days. Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every day or two, and keep the vase away from radiators, sun and ripe fruit.
