How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Seoul on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

Seoul moves fast and vertically: Gangnam offices, Myeongdong retail streets, Hongdae studios, Yeouido towers and Jongno hotels rarely sit on one simple route. For bouquet delivery, the building name matters as much as the street. We confirm the tower, lift, security desk, concierge counter, mall parking point, restaurant booking or apartment access before arranging the order. The catalogue includes more than 470 sections: roses, tulips, peonies, hydrangea, lisianthus, orchids, florist-made bouquets, baskets, sender cards and sweet add-ons.
Flowers in Seoul are delivered to Gangnam, Seocho, Jamsil, Myeongdong, Jung-gu, Jongno, Itaewon, Hannam, Hongdae, Mapo, Yeouido, Seongsu, Yongsan and Songpa. Central daytime routes usually take 2 to 4 hours. Incheon Airport, Bundang, Pangyo, Ilsan and addresses outside the Seoul Capital Area are timed separately.
The assortment is built around Korean cut flowers from Gyeonggi-do and southern provinces, Dutch stems, Ecuadorian and Kenyan roses, seasonal peonies and resilient greenery. Seoul has sharp seasonal shifts: humid hot summers with monsoon rain, cold dry winters and yellow dust in spring. Bouquets travel in closed wrapping; in summer the stems stay hydrated and shaded, while in winter we insulate flowers for the walk between car and entrance.
Regular delivery points include Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, The Shilla Seoul, Lotte Hotel Seoul, Signiel Seoul and Park Hyatt Seoul. For COEX, Lotte World Tower, Yeouido offices, Gangnam clinics and wedding halls north of the river, we check the access rule and receiving staff member before dispatch.
Payment options: bank card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, bank transfer, cash in KRW and invoice for companies. We send a WhatsApp or KakaoTalk photo before the courier leaves and include a card with the sender's text plus short care notes.
