Courier routes cover the West End, Gastown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, Fairview, South Granville, Commercial Drive, Kerrisdale, UBC and Olympic Village. During wet months the outer wrap is closed against rain, and in winter the bouquet is not left at a door; long stems react quickly to cold coastal air.

Bentall Centre, Broadway Corridor offices and Vancouver Convention Centre deliveries need company name, floor, access note and recipient phone.

Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport routes are confirmed before assembly because bridges and airport traffic affect the real delivery window. For Vancouver General Hospital, St. Paul's Hospital and BC Children's Hospital, ward rules are checked first. Payment is available by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer where supported, cash in CAD or bank transfer. A finished bouquet photo is sent before the courier leaves.
