Lavender roses in Antwerp: by the stem, by the count or peony-style
Lavender roses in Antwerp are sold here by the single stem, so the buyer sets the count. Some other items have counts in their names: 11 and 25 Lavender Spray Roses, and 15 Peony Lavender Roses, so the first decision is how many stems to choose.
Single stems, 11 or 25: choosing how many
Building the bunch yourself means choosing the count on purpose. In Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and most of the former USSR an odd number goes to the living, an even one is brought in remembrance; outside that tradition a dozen is ordinary. Eleven Lavender Spray Roses and twenty-five Lavender Spray Roses already carry their count in the name, and both are odd. Fifteen Peony Lavender Roses is a different shape: peony-style roses are usually English varieties bred by David Austin, or ones that look like them.
Lavender roses delivery: photo first, then the vase
Each bouquet is made to order, flowers bought only after payment. A photo goes out before the courier leaves, so there's time to ask for a change. A missing stem is swapped for one close in shade and price, and the swap shows on that photo. Delivery time is on the bouquet's page, most orders go out the same day, and delivery to the centre is free; more on the delivery page. In the vase a lavender rose lasts about a week, sometimes up to ten days: cut stems at an angle, change the water every day or two, and keep it from radiators, sun and fruit.
For a wider palette, all roses cover more shades, and mono bouquets keep to one flower if lavender isn't quite right.
