Yellow roses in Baku are ordered for warm birthday greetings, spring Novruz deliveries and bouquets that need colour without the direct romance of red. The catalogue uses Dutch stems 60-90 cm and Ecuadorian varieties up to 120 cm. The florist checks colour evenness, bud firmness and the cut of every stem, because yellow petals show creases and dry edges sooner than darker shades.
