How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Cuba on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

A florist service for Havana, Varadero and resort addresses where the handover often happens at a hotel desk, casa particular, seaside restaurant or family home after a long flight. Flowers in Cuba are ordered for birthdays, beach weddings, anniversaries, airport greetings and quiet private deliveries. The catalogue has more than 470 sections: roses, orchids, lilies, lisianthus, hydrangea, baskets, sweet sets and handwritten cards.
In Havana we deliver to Habana Vieja, Centro Habana, Vedado, Miramar, Playa and the streets around Parque Central. Varadero, Matanzas and resort properties need a wider time window: road distance, hotel access, reception checks and recipient contact can take longer than the bouquet assembly. For hotel orders we ask for the booking name, room or reservation number when available, and a phone number that works locally.
The range is built around flowers that travel well in humid heat: Ecuadorian and Dutch roses, orchids, anthurium, lilies, chrysanthemums and dense greenery. Cuba has a tropical climate, with a hot wet season from May to October and drier winter months. Daytime deliveries use moisture-protective wrapping, and couriers do not leave flowers with security unless the recipient or concierge has confirmed the handover.

Cuba runs on GMT-5, so morning delivery from Europe is best booked the previous day. Before dispatch we send a WhatsApp or Telegram photo of the finished bouquet, then add a handwritten card and care note.
