How ordering and delivery work
You can place a flower delivery order in Singapore on our website, via Telegram (@jfloo_com) or by phone +66 8 0431 9883 — we're available around the clock. Florists will assemble a bouquet from fresh flowers, and a courier will deliver it at a time convenient for the recipient. After handover, we'll send you a photo report via messenger.

At Marina Bay or Raffles Place, a courier may need the reception desk of an office tower; on Sentosa, the guest name or entry pass matters; at Orchard, River Valley or Bukit Timah condominiums, the block, lift lobby and local phone number save time. Before arranging the order, we confirm the district, recipient contact, delivery window and security notes. The catalogue includes more than 470 sections: roses, tulips, seasonal peonies, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangea, orchids, florist-made bouquets, baskets, sweets and cards.
