Business bouquets worldwide: flowers for clients, colleagues and the office

A business bouquet worldwide can be paid for by the company itself: the invoice goes to a legal entity, the transfer clears by bank, and closing documents follow on request. Before picking a colour or a shape, it helps to settle who the flowers are for — a client, a colleague or the whole office — because that answer sets the size, the container and how the bouquet travels.

What goes into a business bouquet

Lavender spray roses, lilies, dianthus, alstroemeria, matthiola and peonies make up most of the range, not red roses on their own. Victorian flower dictionaries did link a red rose with passion, though no single list of meanings was ever agreed, so a bouquet built from other flowers says nothing wrong.

Vase life matters more here than colour theory. Dianthus and alstroemeria hold for two to three weeks in water, while a rose lasts about a week, so flowers meant to sit at a reception desk for a while lean on the longer-lasting kinds.

Lilies show up three times in the range. If the bouquet is heading to a client's home and a cat lives there, lilies are the wrong pick: every part of the plant, including the pollen and the water in the vase, is toxic to cats.

A box or a basket stands without a vase: the stems sit in floral foam, watered daily across its whole surface, because once foam dries out it barely takes water back. A properly spiral-tied bouquet stands on its own on a desk, but an office still needs to find it a vase, or a vase can be added to a basket order at checkout.

Once a lily opens, its anthers are usually removed, since the pollen leaves stains on fabric that are hard to lift. Fresh pollen on clothing lifts off with sticky tape rather than rubbing.

Business bouquet delivery worldwide: offices, clients, colleagues

For an office address, the order needs the company name and the floor. Where the building runs a pass system, the courier hands the bouquet to reception, and the sender is told who took it in. Several bouquets going to different addresses can sit inside one order, with delivery worked out separately for each address.

A card with a message comes free, signed or left anonymous, whichever the sender prefers. Before the courier sets off, the sender gets a photo of the finished bouquet and can still ask for changes. An order for a fixed date and time is accepted for any zone, and booking early leaves more slots open. How soon a given bouquet can go out is shown on its own page, and the details sit on the delivery page.

Invoices, contracts and office flowers on a schedule

For companies, JFLOO handles birthdays for staff and partners, flowers sent to the office on a set schedule, and arrangements for events. An invoice, a contract or closing documents go through a manager on request.

A private order is paid by Visa or Mastercard, and an order placed through messenger gets a link to the same secure payment page. The occasion and the budget can be described in chat, and the manager sends back a few options with photos and prices before any payment is made.

Where to start often depends on the address: flowers in boxes suit a reception desk, flower baskets suit an event table, and a flower subscription covers office flowers arriving on a regular schedule. Delivery zones and timing sit on their own page, linked above.
