501 roses in Dubai: the delivery is planned before the flowers are
An order of this size is arranged in the opposite order to a normal one. With a bunch you choose the flowers and the delivery follows; with five hundred stems the address, the access and the hour are settled first, because they decide what can physically be built.
Questions that come before the flowers
Where exactly is it going to stand? Is there a lift, and what are its internal dimensions? How wide is the doorway, and which way does it open? Is there a step or uneven ground between the vehicle and that spot? Who will be there to receive it, and can that person be reached by phone at the agreed hour?
The conversation starts with a floor plan.
None of that is bureaucracy. Every one of those answers changes the build: a narrow lift means the piece arrives in sections and is finished on site, a step means two carriers instead of one, and an inward-opening door means somebody has to be standing there already.
What those answers look like in this city
A tower apartment in Marina or Downtown is the tightest case. The lift dimension decides everything. Anything wider than the doorway goes up as parts and is assembled where it will stand.
A hotel is usually easier at the entrance and harder afterwards. Lobbies at Atlantis The Palm, Address Downtown or Four Seasons take the load without trouble, but a finished piece cannot be moved from one room to another once it is built, so the spot has to be agreed with the venue before we arrive.
An office floor in DIFC or Business Bay is the most predictable of the three. The entrance is wide and the floor is level. Reception usually knows the delivery is coming, which removes the one variable nobody can control from the workshop.
Delivery across the city takes 2 to 4 hours. In summer, at 40 °C with coastal humidity, the loaded vehicle stays out of the sun. The unloading point is chosen for shade before anything else about the day is fixed. We deliver from 9 AM to 10 PM, the catalogue starts at 250 AED, and payment goes through Apple Pay or cash to the courier.
- The exact spot, with a photograph if you can send one, since the diameter has to be checked against the furniture.
- Lift dimensions, doorway width and which way the door opens.
- Any step, ramp or uneven ground between the vehicle and that spot.
- Who is on site at the agreed hour, and whether they answer a phone.
Why the hour matters more than the date
A build on site takes as long as it takes, so we work to a window and not to a minute. Five hundred stems standing in a corridor while a phone goes unanswered are losing flower life the entire time.
A surprise handover is difficult to arrange honestly at this scale. Somebody at the destination usually has to know. They are the ones holding a door open and clearing a corner, and the surprise is kept for the recipient alone.
"We have never built one of these without asking for a photograph of the corner first. The picture answers more questions than the address does."

Ordering 501 roses in Dubai for a family date on Palm Jumeirah or a business event in DIFC, send the floor plan or the photograph before the colour. Everything about the shape follows from the room, and nothing about the room can be changed once the van is loaded.
