New Year 2027 in Phuket: the last week runs as one wave
Orders do not arrive evenly through December. They come in a single compressed rush at the end of it. Everything else about this category follows from that one fact.
The fullest choice exists before the rush. Every build in the section is available, in any size and any combination, and the delivery hours are still open to pick from.
Then the wave arrives and the picture changes. Some pieces sell out completely and others get built with substitutions inside the same style. The most popular delivery hours close before the stock does.
Large builds go first, along with anything resting on material that arrives in a single batch and does not repeat: a particular shade, a particular stem length, a particular shape of wrapping. Fresh stock empties unevenly as well. White and red roses go before pink ones, seasonal peonies finish earliest of all because they come in small quantities, and hydrangeas follow soon after. Thai orchids and chrysanthemums are the last things standing, which is why the final days of the month lean on them so heavily.
The workshop shifts to what it can guarantee.
Substitution inside a build is normal and usually invisible. One stem is swapped for another of the same silhouette, one decorative element for a like one, and the drawing holds. It becomes visible in exactly two cases: when the colour changes, and when the leading flower changes.

So say at the ordering stage which part of the piece is fixed for you and which can flex. If white is fixed, we will not quietly send cream. If the peony is the point of the gift, we will tell you in advance that it may not exist that week and offer a different format instead of a silent swap.
How the wave lands on the island
Addresses in the last week run from Phuket Town out to Mai Khao, and they arrive in no useful order. Along the west coast we hold to 90 to 180 minutes, which covers Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Bang Tao and Surin. Villas, marinas and airport routes keep their own windows, and in the final days those fill before anything else.
We work 9 AM to 10 PM on UTC+7. The island does not shift its clocks, so an order placed from elsewhere lands at the hour you expect.
Resort addresses are the steadiest part of a December list. Rosewood Phuket, The Slate Phuket, Trisara, Banyan Tree Phuket and Veranda Resort Phuket take the handover at the property. A piece sent there does not depend on somebody being home.
Air stays between 25 and 33 °C through the season, so a build that waits an extra hour in a van arrives further open than it left. We cut closer to the delivery hour in the last week for that reason, and the boxes stay shut until the door.
The rainy season runs May to October, which puts the New Year rush outside it. Evening traffic on the hill roads does not care about the calendar. We add time for it every day of the year.

New Year 2027 in Phuket will follow the same shape as every other season, quiet for three weeks and dense for three days. Book the hour while there is still a choice of hours, and tell us the one thing in the piece that cannot be substituted.
