A hand-tied bunch is built as a spiral. Every stem goes in at the same angle, crossing the ones already held, and the gathering point stays in one hand while the heads fan out above it. At eleven stems that grip is close to the limit of what one hand can hold comfortably.

What the delivery looks like
Along the west coast, from Patong and Kata to Kamala, Surin and Bang Tao, the run takes 90 to 180 minutes. Villas, marinas and airport routes have windows of their own.
