Birthdays, anniversaries and the first meeting after a long silence all take nineteen peonies well. So does an apology, where a very large bouquet can read as an attempt to buy the argument instead of ending it. The count is generous enough to be noticed and modest enough to stay personal.

Where this count underperforms is a room with an audience.
