New Year 2027 in Bali: matching pieces, wet roads and one very short week
The last week of December falls inside the rainy season, which here runs from November to March. That changes the schedule rather than the flowers. A boxed piece reaches the door dry, and a van on a wet hill road does not reach it on time.
Seminyak, Canggu and Sanur run in a 90 to 150 minute window. Uluwatu, Tabanan and remote villas take up to 3 to 4 hours, and in the final days of the year that longer leg fills first.
Above 30 °C we pack firmly and add a cooling element, because the box heats before anything inside it does. We work 9 AM to 10 PM on GMT+8. Orders start from 650000 IDR, and payment goes by QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA or cash to the courier.

When several addresses have to match
Corporate and family lists are assembled on one day. Identical pieces need identical sets of material. Imported roses arrive in batches, and a batch is a finite thing.
A list of twenty addresses handed in during the peak almost always comes out with variation between the pieces, however careful the florist is at the bench. The material at four in the afternoon is not the material that was there at nine.
Ordering early solves it, and saying plainly that the pieces are meant to match solves the rest. A reserved quantity of one variety in one shade is held aside for the order. A week before the date is the realistic minimum for twenty pieces.
Geography splits the list in two as well. Seminyak, Canggu and Sanur belong to one run, and the far villas to another. A batch that somebody tried to deliver in a single trip ends with its last boxes going out the following day. Split those two legs on the day the list is written.
Three columns do most of the work:
- District and address type, with the far ones marked.
- A phone number that gets answered at the gate.
- The hour somebody is reliably there, which for villas is set by the manager or the security desk.
If the piece is bought well ahead
Orchids and tropical foliage wait better than anything else we build with, so a piece ordered early can lean on them without any risk to how it looks on the day. Macrophylla hydrangea and lisianthus hold a reasonable while. Seasonal peonies and ranunculus do not wait at all, and they get cut into the build at the last possible moment. Ecuadorian roses up to 120 cm are worth reserving early, since length is the first thing to run short on the island. Imported roses at 60 to 90 cm are the steadier half of that same order.
The decorative parts have no clock on them whatsoever. Ribbons, wooden elements and glass outlast the season entirely and usually reappear in the same house the following year.
An arrangement on floral foam waits longer than a bouquet, on one condition. It has to stand in shade with its water topped up through the rim. A terrace in full sun undoes all of that within a day.
New Year 2027 in Bali will run like any other season, with a slow December and a very dense end to it. Send the list with districts, gate numbers and access hours, mark which pieces have to be identical, and we will come back with two routes and the date by which the specification has to be fixed.
